AlphaOne AI is a client-side routing interface designed to connect users directly to Large Language Models.

• User-Provided API Keys: AlphaOne AI requires you to provide your own API Key (e.g., Google Gemini API Key) to function.
• Billing and Quota Responsibility: AlphaOne AI operates strictly as a user interface. We are not responsible for any costs, billing charges, rate limits, or quota overages incurred on your API provider's account. All API usage risks, configurations, and expenses are solely your responsibility.
• Account Restrictions: You agree to comply strictly with your API provider's Terms of Service. AlphaOne AI is not liable if your API Key is suspended, blocked, or restricted due to violations of their usage policies.

• Client-Side Operation: AlphaOne AI operates without a backend database for user conversations. Your API keys and chat histories are processed and stored exclusively within your device's local storage (e.g., browser LocalStorage or secure mobile storage).
• Risk of Data Loss: Because we do not store your data on any external servers, actions such as clearing your browser cache, uninstalling the application, or device failure will result in the permanent loss of your API key configurations and chat history. AlphaOne AI cannot recover this data under any circumstances.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, AlphaOne AI is a free-to-use platform supported by third-party advertising networks. We also utilize standard analytics tools to monitor general website performance. By using the platform, you acknowledge the presence of these third-party services, which operate independently of our AI routing engine and have absolutely no access to your API keys or private conversational data.

AlphaOne AI provides an advanced routing mechanism, but we do not control the intelligence, behavior, accuracy, or output of the underlying Large Language Models.

• No Professional Advice: AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• High-Risk Use Cases: Users must exercise extreme caution when utilizing the AI for complex analytical tasks, such as generating or debugging trading algorithms (e.g., Expert Advisors), analyzing financial markets, or executing automated strategies on highly volatile instruments like XAUUSD. AlphaOne AI assumes absolutely no liability for financial losses, margin calls, or operational failures resulting from reliance on AI-generated code, strategies, or market analysis.
• "As Is" Basis: The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• AlphaOne AI Property: The design, "Antigravity UI", routing logic, branding, and source code of the AlphaOne AI interface are the exclusive property of AlphaOne AI.
• Generated Content: Rights to the text, code, and content generated through the interface are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective API provider.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of AlphaOne AI after any such changes shall constitute your explicit consent to such changes.
